The Full Service customer may not want to use the development portion of the EZ-NetTools® Hostware®, but the software is necessary to be able to download product orders, handle E-mail, view "hit" counters, etc.

Monthly Web Site Maintenance Fee (To be determined)

This maintenance fee is the number of agreed upon hours of maintenance that will be provided by QCCI to the Full-Service customer at a rate of $50 per hour to make changes to the Web Site. Additional hours may be obtained at the same hourly rate if necessary.

Full-Service customers typically want a "turn-key" Web Site. They want someone else to be responsible for the design, creation and implementation of their Web Site. Once the Web Site has been implemented, Full-Service customers have the option of using their own staff members for maintaining the Web Site, or contracting with QCCI to handle that maintenance. A Web Site must be maintained to keep the information fresh and current as well as implementing new ideas and features as they become available.

It would be impossible to quote a price for a Web Site without knowing its purpose, functionality, scope, and complexity. For these reasons, QCCI must perform some preliminary work in order to give the Full-Service customer a quote for a fully functional Web Site.

QCCI typically must spend several hours meeting with the Full-Service customer to gather the information necessary to provide a quote. This "fact-finding" time is not billable to the Full-Service customer. It is a necessary expense to the consultants in preparing a quote. Obviously, it is in the best interest of both parties to make this time as productive as possible.

During these "fact-finding" meetings, the following will be accomplished:

Determine an appropriate "Domain Name" for the Web Site. This is how people will address the Web Site and should be easily remembered, and associated with your product or your company.

Sketch a site map and estimate the number of pages needed for the Web Site. The pages will be named and their general functionality documented.

Sketch the template to be used for all Web Site pages including the Web Site header. Agree on a preliminary color scheme and coordinating buttons. Determine whether buttons or links are in a sidebar format or across the top of pages.

Determine the availability of logos and other graphics and the format in which they are available. Establish responsibility for creation of logos and other graphics in .jpeg or .gif formats if not currently available.

Determine the availability of photos of products, buildings, people, etc. and the format in which they are available. Establish responsibility for creation of photos of products, buildings, people, etc. in .jpeg or .gif formats if not currently available.

Determine responsibility for creating the text for each page of the Web Site. Often the customer is more qualified to provide text describing the company, its history, personnel, products, etc.

Determine ways of promoting the Web Site for search rankings and through other media outlets.

Determine the need for E-Commerce capabilities, delivery charges, on-line catalogs, information requests, mass E-mail capabilities by customer type, bulletin boards, schedules, etc.

Determine responsibility for on-going maintenance of the Web Site.

Once all of the above has been accomplished, QCCI can provide the Full-Service customer with a written quote for the complete cost of creating, implementing, and maintaining the Web Site on an on-going basis.

Upon agreement and the signing of a contract, the Full-Service customer will be expected to pay 50% of the quote and construction of the Web Site will begin.

We offer a 30-day, limited, money-back guarantee to Full-Service customers. This provides 30 days for you to gain the confidence that together we can build a Web Site that will meet your needs. At anytime within that 30-day period, the Web Site can be deactivated and a portion of your "up-front" money will be refunded. We will deduct consulting fees at the rate of $50 per hour for the time spent after Web Site creation began until the time the Full-Service customer notified QCCI to stop working on the Web Site. We want you to be confident and satisfied that this Web Site will meet your needs with a minimum of risk.

The "30-day trial period" begins the day following the signing of the agreement.

Once the "30-day trial period" has passed, the Full-Service customer is expected to fulfill their agreement for the Web Site. The first 50% of the quote will no longer be refundable and upon completion of the Web Site, the second 50% will be due and payable.

Monthly charges for the Web Site are a "no-hassle" experience. They will be automatically deducted from the Full-Service customer's checking account or charged to a credit card each month. No checks to write, no bills to authorize, just a small, consistent monthly expense that is automatically paid to cover your Web Site expenses.
